Our History

Registered in 2012 as part of the Afrika Tikkun stable of companies, Afrika Tikkun Services (Pty) Ltd (ATS) is an Exempt Micro Enterprise, which became operational in 2013.  ATS is a Level 2 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) advisory, recruitment, training and placement company. We provide B-BBEE advisory services and skills training, which supports clients with achieving full integration of youth employability solutions. We implement end-to-end project management that is aligned to client-specific business drivers and the fulfilment of short, medium to long-term development objectives.



We offer our clients an efficient and effective single point of contact, for all their transformation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements. Our training offerings are highly relevant, as they are demand-driven, based on market needs. Our approach is people-centred and offers marketing and branding opportunities as well as employee engagement and volunteering opportunities.


Our skills development programmes are designed to help meet both the internal and external transformational needs of our clients. We are particularly proud of the flexible nature of our skills and placement solutions, which sources partner host sites for clients, taking full accountability for overall process management.


With learnerships, bursaries, internships and apprenticeships proving to be vital elements in the skills development toolkit for companies’ transformation agenda, we strive to develop an entry to mid-level workforce, aiding the empowerment of young job seekers. We specialise in comprehensive learnership, internship and bursary management, work experience programmes and general recruitment and placement.
