We source candidates through our Alumni network and where required, through traditional recruitment platforms. We provide a full 360 service whereby every candidate goes through all our assessments. These includes trainability, cognitive behaviour, job matching and criminal record clearance. We shortlist and conduct first round of interviews against the clients brief and assist both parties in salary negotiations.
