My name is Nomfundo Maye, I am 19 years old. Although I was born in Gauteng, I grew up in the Eastern Cape where I stayed with my grandmother. I am an adaptive person, I can work very well under pressure with/without supervision and I have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Before the CDP I did the Youth Accelerator Program here at Afrika Tikkun. The CDP programme has helped me to be more computer literate, and taught me a lot about green business, and the importance of sustaining the environment. This has become very important to me so I encourage and teach people in my community to look for green options and also to recycle for a clean and sustainable environment.
