For the second year running, we’ll be recognising seven candidates in the Alumni Programme for their one year contributions and dedication in leading and organizing the Alumni Programme in their centres.

Leadership Excellence Award 2020
Awarded to an Alumni Committee member for demonstrating outstanding leadership skills.
The Most Committed Leader of the Year 2020
Awarded to an Alumni Committee member for demonstrating outstanding and tireless commitment towards his/her fellow team members and their centre-level Alumni Committee.
The Best Innovative Team Award 2020
Awarded to an Alumni Committee for demonstrating exceptional ability and effort in implementing Alumni activities.
Responsible Kindness Award 2020
Awarded to an Alumni Committee member for demonstrating kindness to his/her fellow members and clients, and for exemplifying the value of the Responsible Kindness.
The Most Organized Team Award 2020
Awarded to an Alumni Committee for demonstrating exceptional ability to organize their administration tasks, recruitment strategies and communication in the Alumni Programme (National and Centre level).
The Most Supportive Facilitator Award
- Awarded to a CDP facilitator who has provided great support to his/her team members at all national-level activities and events.
The Most Promising Team Award - Awarded to an Alumni Committee for demonstrating an ability to grow, improve their organizational skills and display potential to become a better committee in 2021.
All Alumni team members will initially be nominated. This will be followed by a voting process to select the top 7 award recipients. The awards ceremony will take place on 14 and 21 November 2020.
